Orthodontics
Fixed or removable braces are available to correct
crowded or uneven teeth.
Dentures
The Clinic is able to prescribe and fit excellent
quality dentures to replace missing teeth and
gums. The laboratories used by The Clinic to make
the dentures employ skilled craftsmen who are
able to provide quality work ensuring the Patient
a comfortable fit and aesthetically pleasing look.
Advanced and Cosmetic
treatment
The Clinic prides itself on providing an excellent
cosmetic dental service.Treatments including Crowns,
bridges, porcelain veneers, restorations and tooth
whitening are available. The most advanced dental
techniques and materials are available .
Sedation
Sedation is available for patients who are anxious
about receiving treatment.Sedation does not put
you to sleep but does relax you enough to have
treatment carried out without undue stress. Please
ask the Dentist for more information.
Oral Surgery Procedures
A range of surgical procedures are performed at
the Clinic including wisdom tooth removal
Oral Cancer screening
This is routinely carried
out as part of dental treatment.
Alternative Therapies
Hypnosis and Acupuncture treatments are available,
please ask the dentist for futher details if you
are interested .
Home visits
These can be arranged for any patient that requires
treatment but is unable to come to the clinic.Please
ask the receptionist for details.
Out of Hours Emergencies
Registered Patients should call the Practice number
, they will then be given details on how to contact
the On –Call dentist.
Disabled Access
The Practice has a wheelchair
accessible surgery and a disabled person’s
toilet situated on the ground floor. Please let
the reception staff know if you require these
services.
Training
The Oral Health Clinic is a Training
Practice for the University of Newcastle Dental
School, and Dentists are attached to the Practice
for Training.

Payment is accepted by cash , cheque,
Visa Mastercard and Delta.

Comments or suggestions about any
of the services provided are welcome. There is
a suggestions Box in The Waiting Room,
alternatively please contact Ann Faragher, Practice
Manager.
Complaints
We would hope to resolve informally
any complaint about the service you receive from
this Practice . If you have a complaint please
bring it to the attenton of The Practice Manager
who will deal with it promptly.
